The apartments are furnished in domestic spruce and the floor in the living area and in the bedrooms are all hold in natural wood.

- STEVIA: 52 m² - 4 pers. - 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms
- SELLA/BOÉ: 66 m² - 4/6 pers. - 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms
Basic equipment:
- 1-2 double rooms with large windows
- 1-2 bathrooms with shower/WC, bidet, sink and hair-dryer
- Living area with sofa bed (for 1 or 2 person in Sella and Boe only), spacious window sliding door to the balcony, LCD Sat.-TV, safe, internet connection
- Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic glasshob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso and coffee machine.

Val Gardena Active
This weekly programme is designed to give you an overview of what you can find in the stunning Val Gardena area. We would be glad to create an individual programme for you in order to enjoy a perfect vacation.
On our homepage you will find a list of all possible events during the week and you will find all the necessary information regarding meeting points and departure times for the various activities.
For our guests all the events and activities are free or for a reduced price (except children’s programs).

Val Gardena Superpremiere:
4=3: a stay of 4 days for the price of 3 (accomodation + skipass).
Val Gardena SuperSun:
7=6: a stay of 7 days at the price of 6, 6=5: skipass and ski hire for 6 days at the price of 5.
The prices are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights, upcharge for short stay.
In addition to the mentioned prices, we are obliged to collect a community residence tax of Euro 1,45 for all persons over 14 years.
Check-in and Check-out
On the day of your arrival the apartment will be available from 2/3 p.m. on. Please inform us, if your arrival is delayed after 6 p.m. To guarantee a perfect cleaning and ventilation on the day of departure the check out time is not later than 9 a.m.
Pets
Pets only on request and we ask an extra final cleaning fee.
Our prices include the following services and additional costs

Booking conditions including cancellation policy
- Deposit/caparra: In order to have your reservation confirmed, we ask for a deposit/caparra of 35% within a week.
- Cancellation: In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC)

- We also refer to the “General Terms and Conditions” of the accommodation facilities associated with the Tourism Offices of Val Gardena” in their respective valid version which regulate the present accommodation contract.
The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano/Bozen (BZ).
- In the event of a delayed arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire amount of the reserved time of staying.
- Reservations and cancellations can only be accepted in written form.
- Advice: We recommend you to effect a travel cancellation insurance. This insurance provides financial cover in cases where you have to cancel your holidays due to major reasons. Without a travel cancellation insurance, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Payment: Final payment in cash (until € 1.999.-), bank transfer, credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). The transfer of the deposit can be made by bank transfer.
- Offers: Offers have a validity of 24h from the sending date.
- Any changes must be calculated.
